Our pastured pork is raised on rotationally grazed pasture and supplemented with small amounts of soaked Non-GMO, No-Corn, No-Soy grain and pea mix.  This year we raised Kune Kune/American Guinea Hogs.  This pork is full of flavor, and fantastically nutritious! 
Pork Loin Chops are the most tender cut of chop available.  Beautiful fatcap surrounding the meat helps the meat stay moist and juicy.  Take care not to overcook when using fast and hot methods to prepare such as grilling, broiling, and pan-frying.  Long and slow methods would also be wonderful!
